Asia Pacific Retailers Convention & Exhibition (APRCE) is the main activity of the Federation of Asia-Pacific Retailers Associations (FAPRA). In every two years, FAPRA members select a member association to host this grand gala for retailers in Asia-Pacific region, and the event has become the Asia¡¯s largest retail convention and exhibition since it was first held in 1983. APRCE aims to discover new approaches to the latest issues facing the region¡¯s retailers and highlight innovative solutions that can help retailers differentiate themselves from competitors, to deliver greater value to consumers in Asia and Pacific region.

In 1995, 7th APRCE was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, attendance: 1757, honorary convention president: Mr. Mahathir Bin Mohamad, prime minister of Malaysia;
In 1997, 8th APRCE was held in Melbourne, Australia, attendance: 1322, honorary convention president: Mr. Hon Tim Fischer, deputy Prime Minister, minister of Trade;
In 1999, 9th APRCE was held in Chinese Taipei, attendance: 1698;
In 2001, 10th APRCE was held in Jakarta, Indonesia, attendance: 1115, honorary convention president: Ms. Megawati Soekarnoputri, President of Indonesia;
In 2003, 11th APRCE was held in Christchurch, New Zealand, attendance: 1396;
In 2005, 12th APRCE was held in Beijing, P.R. of China, attendance: 3700, honorary convention president: Ms. Wu Yi, Vice premier of China;
In 2007, 13th APRCE was held in Tokyo, Japan, attendance: 3400;
In 2009, 14th APRCE was held in Seoul, Korea, attendance: 3800.
